We offer Nationally accredited courses throughout Australia, providing quality and best practice training. Our accredited courses combined with the knowledge and expertise of our training staff has lead Trans-Plant Training to be involved in the training, up-skilling and assessing of clients both nationally and internationally.

Our Work Team

Keith Marler

CEO, Trainer & Assessor

Having grown up in a Road Transport and Civil Construction family, Keith’s wealth of personal experience along with his technical and practical expertise are of a great benefit to the trainees in the courses he conducts. As a qualified Plant Fitter, Keith introduces all participants to the importance of operating equipment, machinery and vehicles with respect to ensure safety. As well as being a qualified plant and crane operator he eventually created and ran his own traffic management division, an area in which he continues to train and assess participants currently. With over 30 years supervisory and management experience in road works, heavy vehicles and plant operation he is very highly motivated and regarded in the Traffic Management and Control Industries.

Racheal Marler

Accounts Manager

Racheal is our Accounts Manager and is responsible for the day to day administration and financial operations of the business. Racheal is also responsible for scheduling courses state wide for all of our trainers. Racheal brings over 10 years experience within the Traffic Control Management on-site and behind the scenes dealing with the designing and implementing of Traffic Management Systems.

Karina Roth

Compliance Officer

Karina is our Compliance Officer and is responsible for ensuring clients past and present are kept informed of any changes within legislation, WHS or work practices that may affect their businesses and making sure our Trainers are teaching the most up-to-date compliance methods, as well as being one of the first point of contact with clients.

Jessica Edgar

Compliance Officer

Jessica is our Compliance Officer, and has over 15 years’ experience within the Customer Services and Education sectors. Her role in compliance means staying up-to-date with industry and legislative changes through attending industry meetings and professional development opportunities, and ensuring that relevant and compliant training is delivered by all of our trainers.

Stephen Langley

Trainer

With over 16 years experience in the traffic control industry, Steve's industry experience extends much further than controlling traffic with a stop/slow bat. Steve has an extensive history and experience in all aspects of traffic management, including leading and managing teams, developing and managing road management systems, and designing traffic control plans with Rapid Plan. Steve's experience in leading and managing teams serves him well in being a personable trainer in the classroom.
